Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use aspironeducation.com — the student app, the test series store and our support chats — run by Aspiron Education ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying or using the platform you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Delivery Policy. If you are under 18, use the platform with your parent's or guardian's consent.

1. Your account

Access is given against your registered mobile number with a personal access code. Keep your login private. One account is for one student only and works on at most two devices; sharing an account may lead to it being blocked without a refund. Give us correct details and keep them up to date.

2. Use of content

All questions, solutions, tests, PDFs, videos and other material belong to Aspiron Education or its licensors and are for your personal study only. Copying, recording, sharing screenshots, reselling, or uploading this content anywhere else is not allowed and may lead to account suspension and legal action.

3. Fair attempts

Attempt tests honestly. Using unfair means, more than one account, scripts or bots, or tampering with the app may lead to your result being cancelled, a “Cheating” mark, and suspension of your account without a refund.

4. Results and ranks

Scores, ranks, percentiles and predictions help you prepare. They are indicative only and do not guarantee any result in the actual exam. A result may be corrected if an answer key is changed.

5. Purchases, prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown on the store before you buy. Each test series' contents, schedule and access period are shown on its page.
• Payment is made by UPI (or another method shown at checkout). Your access starts after the payment is verified, as explained in our Refund & Delivery Policy.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you bought the wrong test series, tell us and we can move your purchase — see the Refund & Delivery Policy.
• Test schedules may change for genuine reasons; we announce changes in the app.

6. Coupons, Refer & earn and wallet

• A coupon works only on the test series and dates it was made for, and cannot be combined with another coupon.
• Refer & earn rewards are given only for genuine new students and may be changed, paused or reversed (for example if the friend's order is cancelled, or for self-referrals and fake accounts).
• Wallet money can be used only to buy on our store. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.

7. Notifications

We send notices about tests, results and updates in the app and, if you allow it, as phone notifications. You can turn phone notifications off any time.

8. Availability

We try to keep the platform running at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or network problems. Answers given while offline are saved on your phone and sent when you are back online.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. A suspended student sees a notice and can contact support.

10. Independence

Aspiron Education is an independent educational platform. It is not linked to NTA, NCERT, CBSE or any exam authority; exam names are used only to describe the syllabus.

11. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the test series concerned.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute quickly and fairly.

13. Changes

We may update these terms, features or tests from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated terms.
